Booking FAQs

To ensure a seamless shoot, please take note and adhere to the following:

 

Rates do not include travel expenses. Please do not bring any additional guests to the shoot, with the exception of one person, if they are assisting with makeup/wardrobe. Clients are to come dressed and ready at the agreed upon start time.  A model release form will need to be signed prior to the shoot. 

BOOKING: A 50% deposit is due prior to the shoot and is non-refundable. This deposit reserves the date and time. Deposits will be sent via invoice.

PAYMENT: Payment needs to be paid in full prior to the start of the shoot. If the remainder of payment is not made, the shoot will be cancelled. Checks are not accepted. Please do not arrive more than 20 minutes late or a late fee of $25 will be added to the final payment. The shoot will not be extended to accommodate lateness. 

CANCELLATION: If you have to cancel your shoot, please provide 72 hrs advance notice. The deposit will then be able to be applied to an agreed upon reschedule date. MRG has the right to deny services(s) to anyone who has a history of frequent cancellations. If MRG cannot perform this contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to the Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to the contract. This shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in mail or otherwise lost or damaged without part on the part of the Photographer. In the event MRG fails for any other reason, MRG shall not be liable for any amount in excess of all monies paid.
